To je zato što FredFloris koristi samo kožu najvišeg kvaliteta, a za ovu vrstu kože postoji godišnji limit proizvodnje. NAPOMENA

Koža koju koristimo u FredFlorisu je biorazgradiva i štavljena prirodnim sastojcima. Koristimo isključivo kožu dobivenu iz nusproizvoda mesne industrije, štavljenu biljnim metodama u Švedskoj i Italiji.

Pošto koristimo nekorigiranu punu kožu, svaki proizvod može imati prirodne ožiljke. Boja kože također varira između koža i unutar iste kože, što je posebno izraženo kod voštane kože. Made from the shoulders of the finest French and Italian cow hides, the full-grain leather is vegetable tanned by the Italian tannery, LA RUOTA S.r.l. Cuoi & Pellami. The leather is finished with a wax/resin back treatment that is reserved only for the highest quality leather.

During the crafting process, the leather is cut, and the stitching line is skived then punched with a stitching punch. The edges are rounded, sanded, coloured with several layers of edge paint, and then burnished. The edge painting is applied with great precision to ensure the preservability of the grain of the leather. The case is sewn together using the traditional saddle maker stitching technique. This method of stitching ensures the durability of the case, especially under heavy stress and strain.
